Dr. Singla grew up in Austin, TX. She earned her undergraduate degree in Brain and Cognitive Sciences at MIT and her medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School. Her research in the Koh Lab focuses on trying to identify non-invasive biomarkers that will allow clinicians to identify those cancer and SCT patients who are at the highest risk of developing invasive bacterial and fungal infections. Outside of the lab, she enjoys spinning, yoga/meditation and learning photography.
