Suzette Palmer
Suzette is originally from North Texas. She received her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Texas A&M University. She then received her master’s degree in Bioinformatics from Johns Hopkins University and worked for several years as a research assistant at UT Southwestern. She is a graduate BME – Computational Biology student and is interested in how diet and antibiotics affect microbiome and tumor growth in response to ICT treatment. Currently, she is using high dimensional datasets to uncover novel signatures and working to develop machine learning models. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her pets, family, and friends.
